With over 18 years of experience in admin operations, customer service, and team leadership across industries like BPO, hospitality, airlines, and Q-commerce, I’ve spent my career bringing order to the chaos. Whether it’s smoothing out back-end workflows or making sure teams have what they need to succeed, I’m all about solving problems before they become problems.

My journey as a Virtual Assistant started when I began supporting small business owners remotely—jumping in to help manage their admin, organize their financials, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. At the time, I didn’t know much about their specific industry (roofing, in that case!), but I quickly realized that what they really needed wasn’t niche expertise—it was someone they could count on. Someone who could take things off their plate, keep them organized, and give them the space to focus on growing their business. That’s when it clicked: this was more than just a job—it was a role I genuinely enjoyed.

Since then, I’ve become the kind of VA clients trust as their go-to person. I’ve helped with everything from building simple reporting systems and prepping for big meetings, to making sure their employees got paid, invoices were followed up on, and no detail got overlooked. I even picked up the occasional personal errand—because when someone trusts you with their business, they trust you with everything.

Now, I run my own VA services independently—no agency, no middleman—just me, fully committed to supporting a select number of clients with the same dedication I brought to every team I’ve been part of. I’m based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, fluent in both English and Spanish, and ready to be the reliable right-hand you didn’t know you needed.

Because life shouldn’t be all about work—when I’m off the clock, you’ll find me out for a run, road cycling on a quiet stretch of highway, or behind the grill cooking up something good for friends and family. I’m a huge sports fan (baseball and basketball are my go-to's), and I never say no to a good soccer match.

I’m also a soon-to-be father to a beautiful baby girl, and that’s given me a whole new perspective on what matters most. Time with family is everything to me—and it’s a big part of why I do what I do: to help others reclaim their own time for the things that truly count.
